Organizing Ministry · Church of Christ Campus Ministry UCC
Following Paul's instruction that "all things should be done decently and in order" (1 Corinthians 14:40), our organizing ministry focuses on biblical leadership development, ministry coordination, and church administration according to New Testament patterns.
Biblical Foundation
Our organizational structure follows the New Testament pattern of leadership and order established by the apostles and early church.
Qualified Leadership
"This is why I left you in Crete, so that you might put what remained into order, and appoint elders in every town as I directed you—if anyone is above reproach, the husband of one wife, and his children are believers and not open to the charge of debauchery or insubordination."Titus 1:5-6
Servant Leadership
"But it shall not be so among you. But whoever would be great among you must be your servant, and whoever would be first among you must be slave of all."Mark 10:43-44
Order in Worship
"But all things should be done decently and in order."1 Corinthians 14:40
Shepherding the Flock
"Pay careful attention to yourselves and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to care for the church of God, which he obtained with his own blood."Acts 20:28
